The Process

The Idea: Send us an email with rough sketches or description of your idea. Be sure to include its purpose, dimensions, material or any images you have found for inspiration. Alternatively you can provide us with a photo of the space in which the piece is to occupy and we can start from there.

Quote: We will then provide you with a quote free of charge and if accepted a 50% deposit will then be required to begin the process.

3D Design:  A detailed design of your piece will be drafted by our designer. Images will be sent to you giving you the opportunity to provide feedback and make any changes. Please note that the first 2 back and forth exchanges are free but any more correspondence requesting change will prompt additional fees as altering the 3D design is a time consuming process. 

Construction: Once the design is finalised the project build will commence. A rough estimate of the completion time will be provided, factors affecting the build time include the complexity and size of the project, available scrap and order queue. If it is a long build time progress updates are sent at regular intervals to detail the time and effort placed into your piece to ensure you are getting the best quality work.

Invoice: Once construction is completed an invoice will be sent with the option of delivery.

History: If your custom build is made from aviation scrap a document will be provided detailing the type of aircraft used in the build and its history.
